What is Domisell?

Domisell is a real estate service designed to help self motivated home sellers advertise their homes at affordable prices. This service allows sellers to advertise on a national data base with no obligation of paying a commission. At the same time, Domisell is dedicated to efficiently reaching the buying community and offering access to free searches seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

About Us

In spring of 2005, I was selling my home. When I was offered a contract to purchase my house and had accepted it, I notified the other potential interested buyers to let them know my home was no longer on the market. One of the people asked me if there was any other place (other than a particular, rather expensive magazine in which I had advertised my home) that she might find other FSBO (for sale by owner) homes. I could not give an answer, but after speaking with her, began to realize that while real estate professionals (including myself) had access to the Multiple Listing Service ( a national database of homes for realtors to access, also referred to as the MLS), there truly wasn't something for self motivated home sellers and buyers to access. While there were a number of websites that had SOME homes listed, there was nothing that existed that featured the 900, 000 homes that were sale by owners each year. So I decided to come up with a solution.

With the internet continuing to expand in its uses, Domisell was developed with using such a powerful marketing tool in mind. While there are a number of sites that feature FSBO homes, what makes Domisell different is:

• Advertising aggressively to bring the buyer to the site.
• We make it affordable so that a seller can't miss out on this excellent opportunity to market their home.
• We don't rely on you, the seller, to advertise our name on your flyer. We want people to know about you, by the time they get your flyer.
