 Our FLAT FEE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE is a program that lists you on the MLS giving you maximum exposure to realtors in your area and potential clients they are working with. If a broker brings you a buyer and you accept an offer you will need to pay them a commission. All commission is negotiable, but the average is around 2.5-3.5% and will need to be stated up front upon entering the MLS. If you list on the MLS through Domisell, and have already paid for our 6 month or 1 year subscription to our national database, we will credit that cost toward your total flat fee package. |
